Assembly Instructions

** Two People Required for Assembly **

Tools needed:
1. Philips Screw Driver
2. ½” wrench or socket

Unpacking Instructions:
1. Open Box by cutting open one side
2. Cut zip ties which are holding the pieces together
3. Remove all black PVC Pipes from box and set aside
4. Remove flat guide; which is bubble wrapped and remove wrapping and set aside
5. Lift main machine out of box
6. While one person holds the machine, another person is needed to remove the two screws from the piece of wood that holds the machine in place.
7. Carefully remove machine from the wood shipping brace
8. Set machine flat on the floor and loosen rear brace wing nut and pivot to a straight down position. (This should leave the club position at PW and it lined up with the on the S position on the leg.) (A)
9. Loosen wing nut on leg and slide inner leg down until resting on the floor. (B)

Attach front PVC guide (black PVC with 3 arms attached):
1. Align 3 arms with 3 holes on the machine; the shortest arm is the one at the top. (A)
2. Make sure black protective rubber is covering arms
3. Insert lowest arms first with second person turning corresponding silver knobs clockwise until threads engage and start to pull arms inward. Turn bottom 2 knobs until the guide has been pulled in 1 to 2 inches.
4. Bend PVC pipe tighter and align upper arm and insert in to the top pipe.
5. Once all 3 arms are connected turn knobs clockwise until the arms have been pulled in 2 –3 inches. (B)

Attaching Rear Flat Guide:
1. Remove the bolts and washers that are connected to the sleeve nuts sticking out of the rear flat guide.
2. With 2 people lift rear guide and slide in between main brace.
3. Insert top of guide over (swing plane adjuster) washer and let slide into slot ½ way down. (A and B)
4. Then align bottom sleeve nuts into the corresponding holes on the back portion of the brace. (C)
5. Once inserted into all holes with rear portion of flat guide, use bolts with washers to secure the flat guide to the brace. (The bolts go through from the back of the machine and connect to the sleeve nuts attached to the flat guide.)
6. Loosen wing nut on support leg and extend until sitting flat on the floor and then retighten. (D)

Attaching Top PVC Guides:
1. Remove two small black screws from the black PVC pipes that are already attached to the machine. (A)
2. With two people lift PVC guides over and insert onto pipes at the back of the machine, then replace the two black screws and tighten. (A)
3. Then place lower end of PVC pipe into the flat guide at the bottom front of the machine. (B)
4. Tighten bottom knob that holds PVC into flat guide. (C)

Check to make sure that all knobs work correctly. (If the three front adjuster knobs seem tight, don’t worry they will loosen up within a short time of use).
